Before I met service design I just had a guess what kind of professional journey I should choose, every direction I tried I felt a lack of something. After I got to know design thinking I realised that people-centered approach, curiosity, deep understanding, empathy were a part of me all along and I finally know what to call it.

Going to a Waldorf school helped me see the world with an open mind and heart. It strengthened me in challenging things, teached me to create and to learn by experience.

Today I find myself both a dreamer and a doer, who would like to listen to everybody enthusiastically and try to make a difference.
