One of the consulting teams at KPMG wanted to expand their service palette and the team's knowledge using the service design toolkit. Their team leader asked us for a tailored multi-day training, where they could learn and practice the methodological basics, and also get advice on how to integrate this approach into their existing toolkit, using examples from their past projects.
our work
We set up a 2+1 full day training for the team. On the first day, we went through and practiced the whole design process using a fictional problem within a design sprint framework. On the second day, we delved deeper into topics that interested the team members more, dealing with specific cases. On our last day together, at the team's request, we focused on persona creation, practicing how to build personas from qualitative insights and generate various solution proposals for them.

As part of the training, we shared educational material and related, useful tools and publications with the team. At the end of the third day, the team jointly presented the results of the last day's workshop to their HR, marketing, and business colleagues, around which we facilitated a professional discussion. One of the training participants summed up their feedback as follows: "Thank you very much for the training. Due to the good conversations, intense cooperation, and receptive atmosphere, it became one of the most memorable trainings I've had so far."
