As a first step, we talked to representatives of NGOs who are well-informed about issues that affect the Roma. next, we trained 6 participants who are in daily contact with members of the Roma community to prepare them for conducting the research. with our continuous help and supervision, each of them carried out nearly 40 interviews with Roma people. 

After compiling all the results of these conversations, we worked out the interests of Roma individuals of various backgrounds. This helped us to define the areas in which Open Society Foundation can offer support and help to them.
