From the insight bank of the eX design research, we extracted, reviewed and interpreted the relevant parts, processed employee statistics from the past years - and based on these we designed a workshop for 20 employees (about one tenth of all employees). In the workshop, participants structured their own and their environment's experiences, dilemmas, stories, methods, tricks and practices in plenary and in 3 groups. Based on this synthesis, an online questionnaire was used to collect data from all employees. In the meantime, we developed a Roche manageable workload model that structured and streamlined the phenomenon of overload, which is specific to Roche.
