As a sociologist specializing in change management I enjoyed being someone else's eyes and ears and coming up with structured information the most. As a startup and social entrepreneur mentor I was fully energized when I saw people change and step forward with a better mindset. As a consultant I loved to have an effect on business decisions and results. 

Being a service/business design consultant feels like home, where all the things that I love meet. Talking to people and observing them. Searching for behavioural and insight patterns. Facilitating and harmonizing different perspectives. Guarding the learning cycle of being design-driven and agile. Thinking and working together with others on models, concepts and strategies. Seeing ambassadors rising up. And reaching spectacular business success with conceptual tweaks implemented with love.
