Understanding the attitude of the private banking clients towards digitalization

MKB's private banking service is one of the largest asset management companies in the country, and they were looking for ways to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization, taking into account the older clientele.
our work
We spoke to private bank customers in their own homes and offices to understand their history so far with MKB, their relationship to the brand, and how they use digital solutions in their lives. The possibilities hidden in the internal processes were revealed by talking to the stakeholders of the co-departments and the private bankers.

solution
We created client and banker personas and linked them together. Based on the uncovered insights we crafted a development backlog, a potential brand refresh brief and created a new organizational model proposal with the participation of all departments.
