Hiper
Segmented communication strategy and redesigning the service palette
strategic partnership
redesign
healthcare profession
problem
Hiper, a job search platform for healthcare workers, facilitates soft skill-based matches between employees and companies. Since their establishment in 2019, we've been collaborating as strategic partners. In this project, in order to understand how and why their services are (or aren't) utilized by healthcare professionals, they sought insights into the career paths of past and current users (doctors and nurses), and what factors these users prioritize in their job hunt.
our work
We conducted interviews with 25 doctors and nurses, as well as 10 HR representatives and healthcare professionals involved in the hiring process at various medical institutions. Our goal was to thoroughly understand the perspectives of both sides. Based on their relationship to their profession, we mapped out different career paths that dictate where and how Hiper is relevant to users with varying needs.
solution
Based on the qualitative research results, we conducted a survey so we are able to categorize current users into groups, enabling us to craft a segmented communication strategy and online user experience. In the meantime based on our findings, we also began redesigning Hiper's service palette and setting future strategic directions, which are still being implemented.
