The Municipality of XI. District (Újbuda), Budapest and 12 other partners started a UIA (Urban Innovative Actions) - project funded by the European Union. The task was to create a complex ecosystem supporting local residents online and offline to boost the cultural-community life of the district through supporting interest-based peer-to-peer connections, resource optimization and the validation of bottom-up initiatives. 
our work
Our task was to put design thinking & methodologies into the heart of the project and help all partners come along with it, create and develop all concepts and implementation (online platform, online & offline processes, brand, communication and other elements of the ecosystem) based on research and iteration. 
solution
We carried out the biggest design research of our lifetime that privided a strong knowledge to the concept creation, design of the digital platform, the brand and the go-to-market strategy. We supported the partnership as facilitators and design professional partners during the project.
