ViddL (a package delivery service) saw two routes for development to step up their game - either creating a webshop or developing an on-demand home delivery service. however, they weren’t sure about the direction they need to take so they got in touch with us.

Through interviews, we got to know the realities faced by users sending and receiving parcels, and the perspective of SMEs operating webshops to come up with recommendations for both potential development routes.
solution
Working with the desires and demands explored, we created prototypes and tested potential solutions, and finally developed a business model for the selected route together with the ViddL team.
