segmented communication strategy
problem
The Hungarian Helsinki Committee (HHC) wanted to approach and talk to civilians between the ages of 18 and 30 in a more efficient/engaging manner.
our work
We put together a project where we combined qualitative and quantitative research methods for a deeper and more precise understanding. in the first phase of the research, We offered support in designing the questionnaire which was then used in the survey carried out by TARKI Social Research Institute. Using the results of the research plus involving the employees and volunteers of HHC, we carried out 30 interviews with subjects from the target group across the country. We explored the topics that concern them, how they feel about civil rights, and gathered feedback about the online presence of HHC.
solution
We supported HHC in developing their communication strategy by gathering the most important insights of the research, and by defining the needs, fears, and relevant topics of the various target group segments.
