Over the past 6 years, I had helped 50+ companies in almost every sector in Hungary, from startups to big enterprises, to understand their customers more and improve their service experience. I’m a researcher, a designer, and a strategist, who’s eager to understanding and connecting different perspectives. I believe in holistic planning, where business, brand and experience meet.

Although sometimes it's hard to merge different perspectives, it isn't new for me. I come from a big family where I was always surrounded by different opinions and points of view - and where I learned the importance of empathy and true listening, the foundations of Service Design.
